What are the responsibilities and job description for the Administrative Assistant/Receptionist position at Tennessee Foot & Ankle Clinic, Inc.?
Front desk receptionist (check in/check out) needed for very busy multiple physician podiatry practice located in Lenoir City and Madisonville. Looking for someone with a friendly, patient and outgoing personality. Must be responsible, reliable and able to multi-task. Duties will include entering patient information into our electronic health system, making appointments, verifying insurances, answering phone calls, collecting copays, etc.
Qualifications
- Medical administrative support
- Patient service experience
- Office experience, including front desk duties
- Knowledge of EMR systems such as Epic/ ModMed
- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and medical terminology
- Experience with multi-line phone systems and handling patient inquiries
Job Type: Part-time
Expected hours: 8 – 24 per week
