Responsibilities
- Demonstrate exceptional customer service and patient focus to make each encounter as positive as possible
- Work closely with clinical colleagues and administrative teammates to develop a cohesive, high performing team
- Verify patient demographic information upon arrival.
- Checking in and checking out patients for MRI appointments.
- Ensures patient’s precert is complete and accurate for appointment.
- Ensure that all documentation is scanned, and information entered accurately and swiftly
- Utilize Excel to balance end of day collections
- Scheduling return appointments for patients.
- Collection of copayments and patient balances
- Transports patient to and from MRI
- Readies patient for scan
- Completes end of day batch processes.

- Experience: Previous successful experience in a healthcare clinic/office environment or customer service role preferred, but not required
- Education: High School Diploma required
