Fine dining experience preferred.
Responsibilities:
SERVER
- Taking and observing correct orders, knowledge of dietary restrictions
- Bartending
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Excellent work ethic, dependability, customer service & communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
- Cash handling
- Weekend/Holiday availability
- Snowmobile and UTV experience preferred but not required
- Must be able to lift 50lbs
- Assist the kitchen team in food preparation and plating during service
- Participate in ongoing training and education to improve service skills
- Maintaining presentable appearances for customer interactions
- Pleasant customer interaction
- Maintain a high quality of service
- Maintain presentable appearances for fine dining
- Ensure customer satisfaction
- Operating the POS system
- Troubleshooting issues with iPads and card readers
- Cafe/Retail/Rental sales and customer service
- Stocking and inventory
- Knowledge of Tennessee Pass trails and policies for guests and staff
- Full understanding and knowledge of food and beverage menu
EXPO
- Greeting dinner guests and assisting them with check in/check out and equipment rental and return
- Knowledge of Tennessee Pass trails and policies for guests and staff
- Support the chef in food handling, plating, prep and kitchen operations
- Safely prep and store food, with industry standard procedures: labeling with date
- Dishwashing
- Maintain deep cleaning procedures
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
