Location : Washington, DC
Salary : $87,500 per year, commensurate with experience
Job Type : Full-time; hybrid position in the office at least 2 days a week
Earliest Start Date : January 6th, 2025
Contract Term : Start date through December 31st, 2025
Core Responsibilities :
This role will act as a liaison between internal departments and outside agencies and partners to execute and measure the Global Thought Leadership team’s outreach and engagement activities.
Duties will include, but are not limited to :
- Develop and maintain project plans and editorial calendars to aid in the strategic dissemination of content aligned to department goals
- Manage key partner relationships and facilitate coordination with activation partners
- Act as a liaison and coordinator between the Global Thought Leadership team and other internal teams on various outreach and engagement activities
- Collaborate with partners to ensure the timely delivery of reporting designed to measure the effectiveness of all programs
- Coordinate with third-party and internal teams to gain access to the data and metrics required for effective measurement reporting
- Proactively uncover opportunities for process efficiencies and content consistency
