As a Human Resources Generalist, you will play a key role in the HR department by assisting with various HR functions. You will be responsible for recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, and other HR-related tasks to support the organization and its employees.
- Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Generalist or similar HR role.
- Good understanding of HR functions and best practices.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Proficient in HRIS and MS Office.
- Preferred Qualifications :
- Professional HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP).
- Experience working in a diverse and inclusive work environment.
- Knowledge of HR analytics and reporting.
