Essential Functions
Teach introductory and upper-division courses in cybersecurity, compatible with departmental needs. Service to the department and university. Continued improvement of teaching using research-based practices. Work collaboratively with the department, college, and university.
Minimum Qualifications
Earned Master's Degree from an accredited institution in Political Science, cybersecurity or related field by the start date (August 1, 2025). Applicant must be qualified to teach introductory and upper-division courses in Political Science and cybersecurity and support active-learning techniques in the classroom (collaborative learning, etc.). Ability to teach online courses to meet departmental needs.
Preferred Qualifications
Teaching experience. Demonstrated knowledge and expertise in cybersecurity / cybercrime and related issues.
