Schedule
- Monday to Thursday: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
- Friday: 8:30 AM - 12:30 PM
- One Saturday a month: 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM

Job Responsibilities
- Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers with their inquiries
- Greet customers warmly and provide a welcoming atmosphere in the office
- Enter and manage invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely processing
- Assist with AP, AR, and other minor accounting tasks
- Coordinate freight and shipping logistics for orders
- Maintain organized office operations and support the team with various administrative duties
- Multi-task effectively to ensure deadlines are met
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Previous experience in an office administration or management role is preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Proficiency in computer applications and office software
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multi-task
- High level of professionalism and attention to detail
