Job Description:
The Line Cook is a critical member of our culinary team, responsible for preparing hot and cold foods for the restaurant and cafe.
Maintaining a passion for cooking and working effectively as part of a cohesive unit are essential qualities for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Produce exceptional quality and presentation of all menu items.
- Ensure compliance with presentation, cooking methods, portion sizes, quality standards, and cleanliness standards and procedures.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, including the line and daily cleaning tasks.
- Stock sufficient food products and tools to ensure a smooth shift operation.
- Set up and break down stations, ensuring proper food labeling and storage.
