Our expertise spans Natural Language Processing (NLP), Computer Vision (CV), AI model training, fine-tuning, and deployment, alongside SaaS development and AI-powered mobile applications.
With our R&D team fully assembled, we are now focusing on scaling our market presence through both online and offline channels. To accelerate our growth, we are seeking an experienced and strategic Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to join our founding team. As CMO, you will take full ownership of our marketing, branding, and sales initiatives, leading our expansion efforts in the AI industry.
Your RoleAs TensorEden AI’s CMO, you will drive our marketing and sales strategies, ensuring strong market positioning and business growth. Your key responsibilities include:
- Growth & Marketing Strategy – Develop and execute comprehensive growth strategies, including SEO, ASO, content marketing, social media outreach, and strategic partnerships, maximizing visibility and customer acquisition within a cost-effective framework.
- Branding & Market Positioning – Establish TensorEden AI as a leading brand in AI solutions by optimizing our market positioning, public relations, and brand identity.
- Sales Team Leadership – Manage and optimize our existing outsourced sales team, develop sales processes, set KPIs, and enhance lead conversion rates.
- Customer Acquisition & Relationship Management – Identify and engage potential clients, drive B2B marketing efforts, and ensure seamless communication between clients and our technical team.
- Strategic Partnerships & Business Development – Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise clients, industry partners, and investors, fostering long-term collaborations.
- Data-Driven Decision Making – Leverage analytics to track user engagement, optimize marketing channels, and improve ROI, establishing key performance metrics for sustainable growth.
- Proven experience in marketing and business development, particularly in the US market, with a strong track record in B2B or B2C growth strategies. AI or SaaS industry experience is a plus.
- Expertise in growth marketing techniques, including SEO, ASO, paid advertising, and growth hacking strategies, with a data-driven approach to customer acquisition.
- Strong leadership and sales management skills, with experience leading sales teams, optimizing sales pipelines, and driving revenue growth.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to build and execute market expansion plans from 0 to 1, aligning marketing and sales efforts with company goals.
- Existing industry network or client base is highly preferred, bringing direct business opportunities or partnerships to TensorEden AI.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, ready to take ownership, iterate rapidly, and grow with the company in a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment.
