We sell direct to the general public at our published list price and to Health Professionals, DME Providers, and Wholesalers at volume and discounted prices. Many of our products are Class II medical devices and Federal law restricts these devices to sale by or on the order of a physician, unless being purchased outside the United States.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
We are looking for candidates with a positive attitude, who are highly motivated with 2 years customer service experience or sales support. Candidates with strong communication skills, outstanding phone etiquette, Excellent typing skills, attention to detail and excellent capability to multitask will be considered. Duties and Responsibilities:
Maintain proficient product knowledge.
Check on and be aware of inventory levels.
Daily management of shipping products to customers, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness of the organization.
Receiving products shipments
Keep warehouse organized and clean.
Communicate with customers over the telephone and email.
Resolve customer service issues such as billing, shipping, etc.
Update and maintain information in systems and files.
Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs
Answer phones and take orders and place them into computer to be fulfilled.
Collaborate with team members to maintain high standards of productivity, quality of product, and customer satisfaction.
Maintain a professional relationship with clients, medical personnel, vendors and key referrals
QUALIFICATIONS
High school graduate or GED required.
Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
2 years customer and/or sales support experience.
Highly effective service skills, including professional demeanor and outstanding phone etiquette.
Strong communication skills, including the ability to craft professional e-mails and client-related documents.
Ability to work well in time-sensitive situations where customer satisfaction is the ultimate goal.
Multi-tasking.

We are looking for a reliable Shipping and Receiving Clerk to track and organize packages, merchandise and other items received for delivery or outgoing deliveries. We are looking for someone with excellent attention to details, good organization and communication skills. As a shipping and receiving clerk, you will be responsible for processing incoming and outgoing shipments, as well as keeping inventory records. This includes picking orders from stock, researching delivery dates and planning routes. In this position, you should be able to keep up with detailed paperwork while also handling phone calls.
