Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize Accounts Payable, including purchase orders, vendor invoice reconciliation, and maintenance.
• Oversee budgeting and cash flow, with detailed reporting on revenue reconciliation and payment sources.
• Take ownership of AP/AR, payroll, banking, reconciliations, and ensure timely payment receipts from B2B channels.
• Prepare accurate monthly financials with big-picture insights and actionable recommendations.
• Lead roll-up financial reporting for global board meetings (monthly to every six weeks).
• Assist in developing annual and semi-annual budgets.
• Ensure the integrity of the company’s financial statements and tax reporting.
• Create KPI reports with relevant analysis and deliver key insights to stakeholders.
• Oversee compliance and administrative tasks, including 401K, insurance, sales tax, banking, and government engagements.
• Manage state sales tax collection and remittance via a sales tax platform.
• Prepare year-end documents for federal/state taxes and 1099s.
• Perform in-depth financial analysis and evaluate special projects for North American activities.

What We’re Looking For:

✔️ 5 years of experience as a Senior Accountant or Accounting Manager.

✔️ Mastery of QuickBooks and strong knowledge of GAAP.

✔️ Highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in fast-paced environments.

✔️ Strong math skills, analytical mindset, and the ability to find the "why" behind the numbers.

✔️ Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

✔️ Unquestionable integrity, credibility, and character.

✔️ Proven ability to work independently in a growing, dynamic organization.

Bonus Skills:

✅ Experience in retail, direct-to-consumer, distribution, multi-channel, or e-commerce industries.

✅ Business Intelligence tools experience.

✅ Ability to manage administrative tasks alongside controller responsibilities.
