📍 Full-Time | On-site | Billings, MT
Seeking a Director of Information Technology to lead our technology strategy, enhance our fundraising systems, and drive digital transformation across the Foundation.
🚀 What You’ll Do
- 🎯 Strategic Leadership – Align IT initiatives with the Foundation’s mission, focusing on finance and fundraising systems.
- Digital Transformation – Lead cloud migration, AI, and automation projects.
- 👥 Team Leadership – Mentor staff in IT-related tools and promote a collaborative, tech-forward culture.
- Budgeting & Planning – Manage IT budgets while ensuring ROI and cost-efficiency.
- 🤝 Vendor & Stakeholder Management – Optimize IT service delivery through effective partnerships.
- Direct Mail Integration – Use your knowledge to strengthen direct mail campaigns for fundraising.
- 💡Supervision – Oversee IT technicians (in-house or contracted) and ensure high-quality service.
- Database Administration – Be the RE (Raiser’s Edge) expert: maintain data integrity, optimize workflows, generate reports, and ensure security.
- 🛠️User Support & Training – First-line support for RE, SharePoint, and Microsoft tools; empower staff through education and support.
- Other Duties As Assigned – Flexibility to support special projects and cross-functional needs.
🎓 Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- 10 years of IT and/or Business Systems experience, including 3 years in a leadership role
- SharePoint Experience
- CRM software experience
- ☁Cloud/ Azure experience is a plus
