✅ Develop & Execute Marketing Strategies – Create multi-channel marketing plans to support product growth goals.
✅ Market Research & Competitive Analysis – Analyze industry trends, customer needs, and competitor positioning to optimize strategy.
✅ Go-to-Market Strategy & Product Lifecycle Management – Lead product launches, promotional campaigns, and product phase-outs.
✅ Create Marketing Assets – Work with creative teams to develop engaging content that aligns with our brand identity.
✅ Track & Analyze Performance – Measure campaign effectiveness and optimize marketing efforts based on data-driven insights.
🔹 What We’re Looking For:
🎓 Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field 3-5 years of marketing or communications experience.
💰 Industry Expertise: Experience in Fintech, Financial Services, Insurance, or Healthcare required.
🛠 Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel); Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) is a plus.
📲 Digital & Social Media Expertise: Experience with social media marketing and lead generation programs preferred.
📅 Project Management & Creativity: Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple initiatives.
