HR Project Manager
Our client, a Fortune 100 Credit Union, is looking to bring on a Project Manager to join their HR Project Delivery & Support team in Pensacola, FL. This role will operate on a HYBRID Schedule that will include 2 days/week onsite (required). The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing technology-focused projects within the HR Department. This requires a blend of project management expertise and technical knowledge to ensure successful project delivery and alignment with HR Strategic Goals.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage technology-focused HR projects from initiation to completion.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, IT, and external vendors, as needed.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Communicate project status, updates, and outcomes to stakeholders.
- Facilitate project meetings and ensure effective communication among team members.
- Proven experience in project management, preferably in technology-focused projects.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and systems.
- Experience with project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall). Knowledge of using ADO is a bonus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Experience in managing cross-functional teams and collaborating with stakeholders at all levels.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent. Experience with HR technology systems.
- Technical background or experience in IT project management
