Knowledge/ Background Requirements
- Instructional design and project management for digital solutions
- Adult learning theory, digital production processes, and digital learning design
- Digital learning platforms, tools, and systems, including self-study, mobile learning, microlearning/nano learning, simulations, job aides, interactive PDFs, videos, animations, and electronic performance support
- Ability to build strong relationships with SMEs and stakeholders
- Experience working software development and/or learning technology environments
- Experience Developing and managing project plans; ensuring digital learning solutions meet business needs
- Demonstrated project management skills, overseeing multiple projects, and optimizing project resources
- Ability to link digital design, evaluation, learning assessment, and production management on complex projects
- Consulting in ambiguous environments and effective oral and written communication skills
- Client service mindset
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Self-sufficiency, strong initiative, and willingness to learn
- Knowledge of Microsoft applications, Google platforms, and cloud-based tools
- Experience in managing people
- Strong analytical skills
- Experience in a professional services firm or equivalent
- Prior training and development experience
- This role is Remote
- Role may require travel 10-20% of the time, both local and out of town for project meetings or remote productions
- Experience in regulatory environments, NASBA CPE requirements, compliance standards, and Quality Assurance Standards is preferred
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred (high school degree or equivalent required)
