Role Overview: Our client, a leading accounting & professional services firm, is seeking a Product Manager for their Partner Portfolio in their US Tax Division.

- A key role with high visibility to partners
- Candidates are required to be legally authorized to work in the United States without a sponsoring employer indefinitely. At this time, we can only accept the following: US Citizens, GC EAD, GC Holders. This is a HYBRID role and is NOT remote. Employees will be required to report onsite 50% of the time. Our client is open to either their Dallas, TX corporate campus OR their Tampa, FL corporate campus for the hybrid requirement.
- Azure DevOps: Minimum 2 yrs of experience with ADO required
- Product Management Experience: Minimum of 5 yrs. of experience required (must be recent)
- Professional Tax Experience: CPA and/or Big 4 Experience (2-5 years exp, does not need to be recent)
- Location: MUST be local to EITHER Tampa, FL or Dallas, TX and the candidate will be required to be onsite 50% of the time.
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree (master’s degree preferred)
- Master's Degree in Analytics, Artificial Intelligence and Robotics, Business Analytics, Computer and Information Science, Computer Engineering, Management Information Systems, Mathematics
- Manage projects by defining and achieving outcomes and meeting key performance metrics.
- Apply knowledge of IT implementation, maintenance, learning initiatives, operations reporting, metrics, marketing, and communications to projects.
- Explore new technologies and manage product teams by working closely with engineering teams and stakeholders.
- Work in small multidisciplinary teams to build products beneficial to consultants and clients.
- Demonstrate flexibility by defining requirements while designing for those requirements.
- Establish successful collaboration models with business and functional leadership teams.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key management within significant vendor organizations.
- Create and manage a product roadmap, prioritize new features/development, and ensure execution.
- Produce visual prototypes and functions.
- Create product visions, roadmaps, and prioritize features across different business units.
