Job Description Responsible for working with Project Managers and teams to ensure successful task execution and delivery. Responsibilities
- Provide timely status updates and produce accurate forecasting to the Project Manager and project teams as required
- Resolve and / or escalate issues in a timely fashion for successful completion of project
- Serve as primary POC with external vendors on technical project matters
- Maintain and update company databases / trackers
- Coordination and tracking of contracts, POs, submittals, and complete project close-out tasks
- Attend status meetings and present site status reports
