Job Description Responsible for working with South Carolina Fiber Construction teams to ensure successful project execution and delivery. Responsibilities -Provide timely status updates and produce accurate forecasting to the Construction Manager and project teams as required -Resolve and / or escalate issues in a timely fashion for successful completion of projects -Serve as primary POC with external vendors and internal team relating to inventory and materials -Manage warehouse inventory for incoming shipments and deliveries -Maintain and update company databases / trackers -Project setup, coordination and tracking of POs, submittals, and complete project close-out tasks Qualifications
- Excellent oral and written communication skills -Skilled in organizing resources, establishing priorities, and working effectively at all levels in a collaborative team environment -Demonstrate the ability to be organized, work on multiple projects and meet stringent deadlines by setting priorities to achieve project goals -Proven ability to work efficiently and independently -Sustain a balance of quick, but accurate, work completion (attention to detail is imperative) -Ability to prepare clear and concise status updates and reports as required -Inventory and warehouse management -Proficient with G Suite, Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat -Have outstanding organizational and strong follow-through skills -Required travel for meetings and site visits -Maintain confidentiality
