Contract Manager / Legal Counsel : Technology and Oursourcing
Job Description : The position requires reviewing of operational documents to ensure that there are no "legal terms" slipped in. General types of documents would include Statements of Work, Change Orders and Non-Disclosure Agreements.
Candidates must have a J.D. (or an equivalent comparable degree). Some experience in handling IT contracts preferred but not required. Candidates must be authorized to work in the USA.
Job location will be located in Manhattan New York or in Metropark (Edison) New Jersey. Currently this role will report to the Associate General Counsel based in New York.
This position is a permanent positions. The employment will be governed by our client's terms and conditions of the employment, HR policies and process rules applicable to the legal department. Compensation is negotiable and will be commensurate with the skills and experience of the candidates. Standard benefits offered.
