Key Responsibilities :
- Strategy & Leadership :
- Define and lead the IT transformation roadmap, ensuring business alignment.
- Oversee end-to-end delivery of transformation initiatives.
- Stakeholder Engagement :
- Collaborate with senior executives and business units to drive transformation initiatives.
- Manage expectations and ensure clear communication.
- Program Management :
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
- Implement governance frameworks and track project performance.
- Operational Excellence :
- Identify and execute opportunities for process optimization and IT modernization.
- Promote innovation, automation, and best practices in IT management.
- Financial Oversight :
- Manage budgets and ensure cost-effective solutions.
- Maximize ROI for IT investments.
- Change & Adoption :
- Lead change management efforts to ensure smooth adoption of new technologies and processes.
