What are the responsibilities and job description for the SAP Procure to Pay Solution Architect position at TEPHRA?
Description :
10-15 years of SAP experience on SAP MM / WM / eWM & S4HANA MM / WM / EWM with E2E Implementations / Global Roll outs etc.
Industry experience such as Auto Mobile, Aero, Oil & GAS etc.is must
Must be having client facing experience, able to demonstrate SAP solutions and map customer business process SAP Solutions such as S4H etc.
Expert level understanding of SAP Supply Chain in SAP S / 4 HANA
Business process design, configuration and integration of SAP S / 4 HANA key supply chain components (SAP IBP, EWM, TMS, PP / DS, Live MRP, Advanced ATP)
Strong knowledge in SAP S / 4HANA Enterprise management solution
Experience migrating SAP Supply Chain process from SAP ECC 6.0 EHP7 or greater to SAP S / 4HANA release 1610 or 1709.
Integration knowledge between SAP & Non SAP systems
Awareness of various SAP products and roadmap for future innovation for Manufacturing industry
Idle candidate must have worked on Presales proposals with experience on RFP, Solution proposals to customer, defense presentations, project plan, resource plan preparations etc.
Good to Have :
SAP Certification from respective module
PMP Certification or any equivalent
Certification on SAP Implementation Methodology such as Activate or any equivalent certifications like Agile etc.
At least one SAP S4HANA implementation Experience (Greenfield / Brownfield etc)
Expectations / Responsibilities :
Drafting succinct responses to the RFP, outlining solution approach, timeline, resource plan etc.
Mining new opportunities from current and new prospective customers
Participate in the delivery reviews and address delivery related customer escalations
Conduct due diligence and business assessments
Analysis, design, consultancy and configuration of the SAP Procure to Pay business process to meet the business needs
Should be able to articulate how SAP S / 4 HANA can solve business pain points and challenges to customer leaders
Should be able to craft SAP S / 4 HANA manufacturing capability and value proposition
Should be able to demonstrate the key capabilities of S / 4 HANA Procure to Pay process area by setting up demo systems and conduct fit / gap analysis
Delivery and sales / pursuit experience in the Manufacturing sector
Qualifications :
BS / BE, MBA preferred
SAP Certification in at-least one of the relevant modules in S4HANA
