Position: Corporate Partnership Services Assistant
Department: Corporate Partnerships
Reporting Relationship: Director – Partnership Services and Strategy
Status: Full-Time (Non-Exempt)
Position Summary
This position is responsible for assisting with the day-to-day functions of the Partnership Services Department.
Primary Responsibilities
Serve as primary contact for all assigned partnership accounts including responsibility for overall day-to-day account management consisting of contract activation and fulfillment, strategic direction, and budget for assigned corporate partners.
Assist department with day-to-day internal and external communications
Assist with team autograph process and distribution
Oversee ticket allotment and management for department and all partners
Support and work closely on Sponsor events to ensure proper inclusion and communication for team events.
Assist with creating Partner Recaps at the end of each season.
Track all corporate partner activation expenses and coordinate all efforts with accounting teams (both internal and external), including invoicing and payment statuses.
Assist in execution of gameday activations such as pre-game fan zones and suite hosting
Assist the Corporate Partnerships team as directed on an as-needed basis.
Other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
1-2 years of relevant experience.
Must have a strong interest in the partnership development process
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office product suite and Microsoft Teams.
Must have valid driver’s license.
Must pass pre-employment screens.
Must be able to handle confidential, privileged, and/or sensitive information carefully and with sensitivity.
Must be flexible to work evenings and/or weekends and all Carolina Panthers, Charlotte FC, and Stadium events, including events held on weekends, nights, and holidays.

Physical Requirements
Standing and walking for long periods of time.
Walking throughout the stadium which may include stairs.
Lifting up to 25 lbs.
Bending and stooping (occasional).
Work Environment
This job operates in a professional office environment, and will require work at stadium events that may take place on nights, weekends, and holidays. It may also require travel to off-site partnership events.
