What You'll Do
As the Senior Director of Strategic Partnerships, you will be at the forefront of Teradata's efforts to identify, evaluate, and engage potential future strategic partnerships. Collaborating closely with Go-to-Market, Engineering, Marketing, and Finance teams, you will define and advocate for business cases that align with Teradata's strategic objectives.
The successful candidate will be deeply versed in the industry and its trends, possess strong technical and commercial acumen, and have a robust network within the industry. This role demands a dynamic leader who can merge strategic commercial and technical vision with tactical execution, ensuring Teradata remains at the forefront of innovative partnerships.
- Identify, evaluate, and recruit ISV partners whose strategic goals align with Teradata's mission and capabilities.
- Collaborate across corporate functions to define compelling business cases for partnership opportunities, integrating input from technical, market, and financial perspectives.
- Build strong engagements and relationships with potential partners, ensuring alignment on strategic objectives and shared success metrics and goals.
- Stay ahead of industry trends to identify and proactively pursue emerging opportunities for strategic collaboration.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to integrate partner capabilities into Teradata's product and go-to-market strategies.
- Help negotiate partnership terms and agreements, ensuring mutual value and alignment with Teradata's goals.
- Lead internal cross-functional teams to prioritize, onboard, and support strategic partnerships effectively.
- Support internal and external communication and public relations efforts around future strategic partnerships.
