We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Staff to join our dynamic team. Duties
- Greet and welcome guests with a friendly demeanor, providing them with menus and information about daily specials.
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently, utilizing Aloha POS or similar systems for order entry.
- Serve food and beverages with attention to detail, ensuring presentation meets our high standards.
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the front of house area, including dining tables and bar counters.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and address any guest concerns promptly.
- Handle cash transactions and perform basic math calculations for billing purposes.
- Support banquet events by setting up tables, serving guests, and ensuring an enjoyable experience for all attendees.
- Provide knowledgeable recommendations on menu items, including food pairings and drink selections to enhance guest experience.
Experience
- Previous experience in customer service within the food industry is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with fine dining or nightclub environments is a plus.
- Bartending experience is advantageous but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential.
- Basic math skills are required for handling transactions accurately.
- Experience with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is beneficial but can be taught on the job.
- A positive attitude, strong communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure are crucial for success in this role.
