Pest Control Fumigation Technician

Terminator Pest Control is looking for a Fumigation Technician to join our team for the Columbia county service area. We are seeking to hire a part time/seasonal structural fumigator to work 3 days per week during the months of April through Mid November.

If desired, This position has the possibility of expanding to full time seasonal work and possibly year round employment if willing to help with other aspects of pest control. The hourly pay listed in the job description is for fumigation services only and not other types of pest control.

Our ideal candidate already has a state license and some professional pest control experience - but if you are a hard worker with a positive attitude, we will gladly work with you directly to give you the knowledge necessary to perform this job! We will provide on-the-job training to assure that you are knowledgeable of the basic standards of our industry and meet our service expectations. You will travel from site to site, so you need to have a valid driver's license and good driving record.

Compensation: Wage will vary depending on experience and route growth - $55 - $70/hr

REQUIREMENTS:

Be able to attain 7.2 Space and Commodity Fumigation License

Valid WI driver's license with a clean driving record
Be able to pass a drug test and background check Be in good physical condition
Be able to work with up to a 40 lb load part of the day
Have good phone skills and communication skills
Be an independent problem solver and a team player.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Providing service to both Residential and Commercial accounts
Service and maintain your work vehicle and equipment as needed by regular inspection and keeping records (company pays for vehicle maintenance & repairs to be done by mechanic)
Understand and adhere to various labels of products we apply
Be able to identify and solve a customer's pest concerns

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $55.00 - $70.00 per hour
