Project Manager Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our Tenant Interiors team. This role will involve leading multiple construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring that all objectives are met.
As a Project Manager, you will work closely with the project team to develop and manage project schedules, prepare budgets and detailed cost estimates, and procure trade contractors, materials, and suppliers. You will also be responsible for tracking and monitoring overall construction schedules and ensuring timely completion of projects.
- Project Execution: Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of multiple construction projects.
- Schedule Development: Develop and manage project schedules to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Budget Preparation: Prepare budgets, detailed cost estimates, bids, and proposals to meet project objectives.
Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in construction management or civil engineering. Minimum 5 years of experience managing commercial construction projects with a proven track record of success.
