About the Role: As a Construction Project Manager, you will:

• Manage multiple job sites and installation crews.
• Act as the main liaison between our company and homeowners.
• Focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
• Conduct daily site inspections and provide updates.
• Handle crew recruitment and oversee change orders and upselling.

• Proven experience in supervising or managing installation crews.

• Knowledge of grading, drainage, and construction safety standards.
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is highly desirable.
• A valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Experience operating equipment (mini excavators, skid steers, …)
