Position Overview:
The Lead Brand Ambassador (Lead BA) is a temporary, dual-role position that combines leadership responsibilities with active Brand Ambassador duties, with the potential to transition into a dedicated Lead BA role. The Lead BA responsibilities will focus on building relationships with store managers and CDS, training and mentoring new hires, supporting sales efforts, and providing scheduling guidance to the regional manager. As a Lead BA, 2 days each week will be dedicated to fulfilling the responsibilities of this role, while two days each week will be dedicated to the traditional role of Brand Ambassador.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Brand Ambassador Responsibilities (2 days per week):
- Help develop and maintain strong relationships with store managers and CDS to foster positive partnerships.
- Train and mentor new Brand Ambassadors, ensuring they understand company standards, product knowledge, and customer engagement strategies.
- Support the Regional Manager by advising on scheduling to ensure proper coverage across stores.
- Report metrics, such as inventory, sales, store feedback, and team performance, to the Regional Manager.
- Assist Regional Manager in troubleshooting any operational issues pertaining to the demo program that arise within the region.
- Brand Ambassador Responsibilities (2 days per week):
- Engage with customers and drive sales by promoting and representing our brand in retail settings.
- Provide product demonstrations, answer customer inquiries, and create positive brand experiences.
- Support in-store promotional activities as required.
- Ensure that all promotional materials are properly displayed and maintained.
Requirements:
- Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Must maintain auto insurance.
- Must complete and pass a Motor Vehicle Records (MVR) check.
Schedule and Compensation
- Part Time: 7.5 Hour shift
- 4 days a week / 9:30-5:00pm
- $22 an hour plus COMMISSION
