The Marketing Manager is responsible for implementing innovative campaigns for product launches. This includes researching target audiences, recording data from campaign results for future reports, and overseeing social media channels to ensure brand uniformity. You will be expected to provide analysis and recommendations, ensure client satisfaction through feedback, and maintain alignment with the overall business strategy.


Responsibilities

  • Define and execute marketing and communication activities according to our marketing plan
  • Coordinate all marketing activities to generate leads
  • Collaborate with other teams to promote offerings
  • Inform clients and prospects of products and services through creative marketing strategies
  • Track performance of all marketing campaigns
  • Create marketing strategies to launch and market new products
  • Promote current marketing tools and future applications
  • Manage e-commerce and digital marketing tools
  • Create digital marketing content
  • Use customer feedback to ensure client satisfaction
  • Forecast market trends
  • Provide analysis and recommendations to the marketing and communications team
  • Shape the brand positioning and narrative while targeting the proper audience
  • Analyze sales and marketing key performance indicators
  • Ensure marketing strategies align with overall business strategy
  • Maintain and update social media channels


Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or equivalent


Experience:

  • 3 years' proven experience as a marketing manager or similar role
  • Thorough understanding of marketing elements (including traditional and digital marketing such as SEO/social media) and market research methods
  • Demonstrable experience in marketing data analytics and tools


Skills:

  • Solid computer skills, including MS Office
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and web development tools
  • Well-organized and detail-oriented
  • Commercial awareness partnered with a creative mind
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
