Responsibilities
- Design and development of new products, including drill rigs and associated components
- Collaboration with the manufacturing team to ensure designs meet production requirements
- Research and analysis to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation
- Development of design proposals and presentations for management and customers
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university in engineering or related field
- Experience with CREO or other similar 3D modeling software
- Strong understanding of design principles, manufacturing processes, and quality control
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
