Position Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly analytical FP&A Analyst to join our finance team. The FP&A Analyst will be responsible for assisting with financial forecasting, budgeting, and analysis to support strategic decision-making across the organization. The ideal candidate will have strong financial modeling skills, a solid understanding of accounting principles, and excellent communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and maintenance of financial models for budgeting and forecasting purposes.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant financial information and provide insights.
• Prepare detailed monthly financial reports and variance analyses.
• Support the annual budgeting process and long-range financial planning.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide recommendations to enhance financial performance.
• Assist in evaluating the financial impact of strategic initiatives and business decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, accounting, or related roles.
• Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis tools required
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
