- Prepare detailed monthly financial reports and variance analyses.
- Support the annual budgeting process and long-range financial planning.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide recommendations to enhance financial performance.
- Assist in evaluating the financial impact of strategic initiatives and business decisions.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, accounting, or related roles.
- Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis tools required
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
