- Manage telephone communications, respond to inquiries, and communicate with residents and staff.
- Coordinate appointments, distribute mail, and maintain resident records.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with residents, staff, and vendors, promoting a positive and inclusive community environment.
- Collaborate with the marketing department to prepare promotional materials and support community events.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
