Salary is $65,000 to $75,000 plus performance incentives!

Job Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Client Re-Engagement:
- Identify and reach out to past clients, understanding their reasons for leaving and presenting compelling reasons for their return.
- Strategic Outreach:
- Develop and implement tailored strategies to win back clients, leveraging insights and data to inform your approach.
- Adversity Management:
- Navigate and overcome objections, challenges and setbacks with resilience and a positive attitude.
- Pipeline Management:
- Track and manage client information and interactions in the company’s CRM system.
- Market Analysis:
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities, continuously refining strategies to enhance win-back efforts.
- Collaboration:
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving processes and achieving targets.
- High sales acumen.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive, self-motivated and goal-oriented.
- Superior customer service skills.
- A resilient and determined mindset with a strong desire to win. Ability to handle rejection and persist in the face of adversity.
- Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales prospecting tools.
- Coachable and willing to learn and adhere to proprietary Terraboost Media sales techniques.
- (5) Years proven experience in a similar role, preferably in B2B sales or business development, with a focus on re-engagement or retention.
- Bachelor’s degree in Sales & Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred.
