Terraboost Media is currently seeking a Dispatch Supervisor. This position supports the Media Operations Department by planning, coordinating, and overseeing the routing, training, and performance of Independent Contractors (ICs). This role ensures that field operations are completed in alignment with company goals, client expectations, and regional performance standards. It includes supervision, escalations management, SOP development, and performance monitoring.
Essential Functions:
- Supervise and support the activities of Independent Contractors (ICs) within the assigned territory.
- Coordinate with Field Agent Supervisor for workload distribution.
- Plan and manage route assignments using dispatch and routing software.
- Monitor daily operations to ensure compliance with SOPs and client requirements.
- Onboard and train new Independent Contractors; verify training compliance.
- Review installation photos and provide feedback to correct errors.
- Handle escalations, exceptions, and post-installation issues.
- Collaborate interdepartmentally to develop and maintain SOPs and training materials.
- Ensure contractor adherence to administrative procedures and policies.
- Field occasional off-hours calls to resolve urgent issues.
- Track and analyze operational performance metrics and provide insights for improvement.
- Set and manage IC compensation in alignment with budgetary guidelines.
- Maintain IC rosters and manage workload distribution.
- Coordinate with the Customer Care team on installation feedback and issue resolution.
- Support Director-level leadership with reporting and project coordination.
- Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Required Education and Work Experience:
- High School Diploma required; Associates or Bachelors Degree preferred (Business, Supply Chain, or related field)
- Minimum 3 years experience in operations, dispatch, logistics, or project coordination
- Proven experience managing or supervising field personnel or contractors
