Are you an experienced Registered Nurse looking to take on a leadership role? We are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Weekend RN Nursing Supervisor to join our team.
Responsibilities :
- Oversee nursing staff during weekend shifts to ensure efficient and effective patient care delivery.
- Provide clinical supervision and guidance to nursing staff as needed.
- Collaborate with director of nursing and nurse managers to address any issues or concerns that may arise during weekend shifts.
- Serve as a resource for nursing staff regarding patient care procedures, protocols, and best practices.
- Assist with admissions, discharges, and transfers as necessary.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and standards of care.
- Participate in staff meetings, trainings sessions, and performance evaluations.
