What we’re looking for?

Seasonal summer positions. This can result in permanent placement if year-round roles become available.

• Food and beverage experience is required.
• The desire to learn about food, wine, and cocktails.

What you'll do?

• Naturally, become a fan favorite.
• Support the servers and bartender.
• Food run, bus tables, and host. Not all at once.
• Potentially serve or bartend in the future.
• Familiarize customers with the menu and make appropriate suggestions when requested.
• Make every individual at every table feel special.
• Anticipate guests' needs in order to facilitate and enjoyable dining experience.
• Be a joyous spark of life on the floor and at the table.
• Report on potential problems, and improve your work environment.
• Be a star in your position.
