POSITION SUMMARY :
In this role, you will oversee the production department and lead a team ensuring timely and budget-conscious project completion without compromising on safety, quality, or efficiency. Your leadership will drive the achievement of team goals while consistently delivering exceptional customer experiences.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES :
Lead, Manage, Accountability (LMA)
- Effectively communicates and aligns the company's vision, ensuring a clear and actionable direction for all teams
- Identifies and eliminates obstacles, making it easier for teams to achieve the company's vision and objectives
- Leads recruitment efforts by selecting, onboarding, and training new employees, ensuring a strong, capable workforce
- Facilitates regular group and individual meetings and training sessions to foster engagement and professional growth
- Sets clear expectations for performance and holds employees accountable for meeting these standards
- Oversees employee performance, conducts regular performance reviews, and collaborates with HR on key performance-related decisions
- Cultivates a culture of continuous development by creating and providing opportunities for employee growth and advancement
