Description :
Terraphase is seeking a Project Environmental Engineer, Geologist, or Scientist to join our team in our Tacoma office.
The Role
- Conduct environmental site assessments, investigations, and field work.
- Work on environmental compliance projects including in areas of stormwater, air quality, wastewater, and hazardous waste management.
- Develop and implement remediation plans and strategies.
- Prepare permit applications and compliance reports.
- Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to solve complex environmental challenges.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and client relationships.
- Ensure projects adhere to regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
- Contribute to project related documents and deliverables such as RI / FS, Phase II ESA, work plans, groundwater monitoring reports, Stormwater management plans, SWPPPs, NPDES compliance documents, etc. Final review will be provided by Technical Lead on the project.
- Collaborate with CAD, GIS, and database staff on project needs.
- Mentoring and supervising junior technical staff.

Salary
Compensation for this position is based on years of experience, technical expertise, technical education, and geographic location with a range of $80,000 to $106,335.
