About the Role
Develop and execute innovative, data-driven talent acquisition strategies to identify and secure high-performing candidates in environmental consulting, engineering, and other technical disciplines. Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership and hiring managers, providing insights on talent trends, workforce planning, and market conditions. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for high-impact roles, with a focus on technical and leadership positions. Build and nurture a robust talent pipeline through proactive sourcing, networking, and relationship-building with professionals in the A / E / C and environmental industries. Refine and optimize recruitment processes and tools to improve efficiency, scalability, and talent alignment with organizational goals. Lead initiatives to strengthen employer branding, including the creation of compelling job advertisements, career site enhancements, and targeted recruitment campaigns. Partner with HR and leadership to align hiring practices with broader DEI (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion) objectives, fostering a diverse and inclusive workforce. Mentor team members by providing guidance and sharing best practices to elevate the performance of the hiring team. Track, analyze, and report recruitment metrics to drive continuous improvement and demonstrate impact.
