Overview
We are a small residential home builder seeking an organized Office Administrator to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our office environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent customer support abilities, and an attention to detail. As an Office Administrator, you will assist the VP of Operation.
Duties
- Manage Accounts Payable
- Maintaining trade and vendor information
- Prepare documentation for closings, coordinate with closing attorney, lenders and customers.
- Requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365; experience with builder specific Mark Systems is a plus.
- Previous experience with a residential home builder desirable. Knowledge of working in an historic district a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent customer support skills, demonstrating professionalism in all interactions.

- Attention to detail with strong proofreading abilities to ensure accuracy in documentation.
- Previous experience in an office environment, along with familiarity with filing systems.
