Key Responsibilities :
Develop an understanding of project documentation, cost control, and estimating systems.
Interpret contracts, plans, specifications, and change orders to prepare accurate cost estimates.
Perform quantity take-offs using digital tools.
Manage and track material orders, schedules, production, and field-related activities.
Prepare change order costs and pricing for approval.
Collaborate with field personnel and vendors for project coordination.
Assist with accounting tasks, including invoice and payroll approvals.
Represent the company in client meetings and marketing activities.
Actively participate in mentoring programs and professional development activities.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications :
Bachelors degree in civil engineering, construction management, architecture, finance, or accounting (preferred).
Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial construction and project engineering.
2 years of experience in commercial drywall (preferred).
Strong analytical skills and effective communication abilities.
Valid drivers license, insurance, and reliable personal vehicle.
Compensation Package :
