So, what will the Incentives Establishment Services Support at Terrestris do?
The Incentives Establishment Services Support provides critical support to the Georgia Army National Guard (GAARNG) in processing and managing a range of incentive programs for service members, including reenlistment bonuses, student loan repayments, and other available incentives. This role requires accurate and timely processing of incentives, verification of service member eligibility, and maintenance of all related records and documentation. Successful candidates will use the Guard Incentive Management System (GIMS) to process incentive transactions, ensure compliance with ARNG regulations, and assist service members with incentive inquiries.
What does a typical day look like for a Incentives Establishment Services Support?
The Incentives Establishment Services Support's day is dynamic. The role involves verifying service member eligibility for incentives, processing incentive payments, and ensuring all required documentation is accurate and complete. The team member monitors payment statuses, addresses any discrepancies or delays, and responds to service member inquiries about eligibility and payment timelines. They also update incentive processing procedures as needed and generate daily reports on completed actions and issues resolved, ensuring compliance with Army and DoD regulations.
What qualifications do you look for?

- Completion of the Incentive Manager course (online and resident phases) and the Comptrollers and Fiscal Law course.
- Expertise in using GIMS and other incentive management tools.
- Strong attention to detail with an ability to process transactions accurately and within established timelines.
- Proven ability to manage complex documentation, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with applicable policies and regulations.
- Excellent communication skills to provide timely assistance to service members and provide accurate status updates.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills to resolve discrepancies and maintain efficient incentive processing workflows.
