The Project Management Services Support position requires a combination of project management expertise, exceptional organizational coordination, and public relations management to effectively support the G-1 office in achieving its operational objectives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the coordination of G-1 activities across all related branches and working closely with senior headquarters staff to deliver a unified, high-quality staff product.
What does a typical day look like for a Project Management Services Support?
The Project Management Services Support's day is dynamic. The role involves managing schedules, coordinating events, and preparing reports and presentations for the G-1 office. You’ll handle tasks like resolving scheduling conflicts, drafting internal communications, performing data analysis, and supporting statewide conferences and Soldier Readiness Program (SRP) events. Additionally, you will oversee social media content, track engagement, and assist with travel arrangements. Throughout the day, you’ll prioritize tasks, ensure deadlines are met, and maintain clear communication with leadership and team members. The day ends with ensuring all deliverables are completed accurately and preparing for the next day’s activities.
What qualifications do you look for?
