Duties :
- Providing a fantastic first impression and exceptional guest service
- Responsible for answering the phone promptly
- Seating guests properly and efficiently
- Focusing on overall Guest Experience and ensures every guest receives a personalized experience that caters to their needs
- Ensuring all food and beverage is prepared to standard before served to guests
- Responsible to meet all Health Department and maintain standards
- Maintain cleanliness of the restaurant
- Assist with taking guests carry-out orders over the phone
- Assist team members if needed
- Any and all other responsibilities given within the scope of the job description
