Responsibilities
- Timecard Review & Verification: Review, audit, and verify timecards and resolve time discrepancies.
- Payroll Processing: Accurately process paychecks and direct deposits in a timely manner.
- Employee Queries: Address and resolve payroll-related inquiries from employees.
- Payroll Deadlines: Meet strict deadlines to ensure timely and accurate payroll processing.
- Final Paychecks: Process final paychecks in compliance with multi-state final pay laws.
- Multi-State Payroll: Experience with multi-state payroll preferred.
- Additional Duties: Perform other duties as assigned.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to analyze information with a strong focus on accuracy.
- Urgency: A sense of urgency to complete tasks in a timely manner.
- Mathematical Skills: General math and data entry skills for accurate payroll calculations.
- Software Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with payroll software is a plus.
- Multitasking Ability: Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a time-sensitive environment under strict deadlines.
- Minimum of two years of experience in payroll processing.
- Employees must be able to qualify for licenses and permits required by federal, state and local regulations.
- Must be able to obtain a non-gaming card
- Must obtain Gaming Registration with the Nevada Gaming Control Board
- Valid Health Card
- Valid Alcohol Awareness Card
