General Responsibilities
- Reviews and codes; projects related T&M, payment applications and invoices
- Generates and posts invoices weekly according to specific deadlines and format described in builder contracts
- Maintains and reports up-to-date billing on weekly and monthly basis
- Provide support documentation to field staff
- Processes documentation involving building permit, lien releases, and inspections
- Updates accounting software with project budget costs, and contract and subcontract change orders
- Resolve billing discrepancies
- Verify jobs are documented, all paperwork is in order and ready for work by crews
- Submit regular reports to management on the status of unpaid accounts
- Maintain digital and electronic records for all projects
- Assists in preparing various reports
- Types memos, correspondence, reports, and other documentation
- Answer phones and distribute interoffice mail
- Coordinates and processes general administrative work
