Position Overview : As a Salesforce Architect, you will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and optimizing Salesforce solutions that align with our business objectives. With at least three years of experience as a Salesforce Architect and a deep understanding of LCW, you will guide our technical teams and stakeholders in crafting scalable, efficient, and future-proof solutions. This position is fully remote, and candidates must be bilingual in English and Spanish and reside in Latin America.
Key Responsibilities :
- Architectural Leadership : Lead the design and architecture of Salesforce solutions, ensuring scalability, security, and alignment with business goals.
- LCW Expertise : Develop and implement Lightning Web Components (LCW) to enhance user experience and system performance.
- Strategic Planning : Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define solutions, and establish a clear technical roadmap.
- Integration Management : Design and oversee integrations between Salesforce and other enterprise systems.
- Mentorship : Provide guidance and mentorship to development teams, ensuring adherence to best practices and architectural standards.
- Continuous Improvement : Identify opportunities for system optimization and implement innovative solutions to enhance platform performance.
- Documentation : Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for solutions and processes.
Qualifications :
Experience : Minimum of 3 years as a Salesforce Architect.LCW Expertise : Proven experience with Lightning Web Components.Technical Skills : Deep knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities, including Apex, Visualforce, REST / SOAP APIs, and integration patterns.Certifications : Salesforce Architect certifications are highly desirable.Languages : Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (both written and spoken).Residency : Must reside in Latin America.Soft Skills : Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.What We Offer :

Lightning Web Components (LWC) :Expertise in building reusable, modular, and responsive components.Deep understanding of Lightning Data Service (LDS) for seamless data integration.Proficiency in handling custom events, lifecycle hooks, and data binding.Aura Components :Experience in maintaining and upgrading Aura-based applications.Strong knowledge of Aura controllers, helpers, and events.Lightning App Builder :Designing dynamic and interactive Lightning Pages using out-of-the-box and custom components.Embedding components seamlessly into the Lightning Experience interface.Salesforce Lightning Design System (SLDS) :Creating consistent and visually appealing interfaces aligned with SLDS principles.Adapting SLDS for responsive, cross-browser compatibility.Process Automation (Lightning Flow) :Designing and implementing screen flows and automated workflows for business processes.Lightning Experience Customization :Tailoring the Lightning Experience to specific business needs, optimizing usability.Migrating functionalities from Salesforce Classic to Lightning.Integration and APIs :Experience with REST, SOAP, and bulk APIs for integration with external systems.Managing OAuth and Single Sign-On (SSO) authentication mechanisms.Debugging and Optimization :Proficient in debugging tools for troubleshooting Lightning and Apex issues.Expertise in performance optimization for both front-end and back-end components.
