Planning Coordinator

Job Description

Responsible for managing and preparation of daily manufacturing build records for Finished Goods and Sub-Assemblies, scanning completed products, reconciling daily output/scanned products between manufacturing, warehouse clerks and assigning manufacturing/sterilization lot numbers per build records.

Job Duties

Daily tracking of manufacturing output reports, monitor GMP are properly followed and identify non-compliance prior reconciling daily reports. Planning and ensuring material availability to support build schedules. Typical job duties to include:

• Generate build records as requested per production planner.
• Delivers build cards according to planning schedule.
• Scan production completed FG/Subs on hourly basis.
• Data entry of planning and quality required reports.
• Coordinates and track sub assembly shipment to Costa Rica and China JV.Report Engineering builds/yellow sheets that impacts schedule to Production Planner.
• Proactively escalates potential production barriers.
  
  

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of production support or related experience
  
  

Desired Qualifications

• Ability to read and understand company procedures
• General computer knowledge, including Excel, Word and Access
• Experience with data entry and attention to details
• Prior experience in production support and or JDE Software
• Good written and oral communication skills
• Ability to analyze data and present findings
