An In-Home Services Associate performs various personal care and housekeeping tasks, including but not limited to assistance with activities of daily livings (ADLs) and meal preparation and companionship activities for clients in their residences. Performs work under the supervision of the Director of In-Home Services, In-Home Services RN, or other licensed nurse. The In-Home Services associate is also able to perform specific delegated tasks and medication services tasks under the supervision of an RN.
Performs tasks contained in the client’s care plan which includes specific descriptions of the client’s care needs related to homemaking/companionship, personal care, and medication/nursing services. The In-Home Services Associate is responsible for written documentation of service provided which includes but is not limited to administrative and billing paperwork, notes regarding client care, and medication service documentation. In-Home Services Associates will need to obtain 7 hours of in-service training annually, with at least one of those hours.

- Responsible for charging out/recording all supplies Follow established infection control guidelines Keeps worksite organized and clean
