tesa is a leading global manufacturer of adhesive solutions for industrial and commercial applications, and we are seeking a skilled Product Developer for our Home Appliance division. We provide a wide range of adhesive solutions that enable the assembly and safe transport of goods for our Home Appliance customers while continuing to identify and pursue new opportunities to better serve this market segment.
What you will do :
Develop adhesive tapes focused on the Home Appliance market, working on both the enhancement of existing products and the expansion of new offerings in close collaboration with product management, process development, and sales teams.
Lead and manage innovative product development projects from initial concept to final completion.
Design, prototype, and analyze new product designs while effectively communicating findings to key stakeholders.
Drive the creation of new products and identify new application opportunities through co-development projects with key customers.
Conduct internal and external product training sessions, actively participate in tech days, trade fairs, and open house events.
Analyze competitive solutions and market trends to shape product strategy and maintain a competitive edge.
What you will need :
Master’s degree or PhD in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Material Science, or a related field.
Strong analytical and process-oriented thinking, with a systematic approach and high technical aptitude.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams.
